River Yare

We have one and a half miles of vary rarely fished river that weaves around Bawburgh, Lodge and finally Colney. Very weedy and overgrown, our stretch of the Yare provides a real treat for the roving river angler that relishes a bit of 'jungle warfare!' Some lovely Chub to over six pounds have been reported and are the main target species on this stretch. Barbel were stocked a few years ago but in all honesty none have been reported as caught in recent years.
